In the early evening of April 17, 2017, the life of 37-year-old Darryl Knight was tragically cut short in a fatal shooting. The Black male was in the 2200 block of Mount View Place, Southeast, in Washington, D.C., when the incident occurred at approximately 7:06 p.m. Responding to the scene, the Metropolitan Police Department found Knight suffering from gunshot wounds.
