On a late summer evening in Washington, D.C., the life of Mark Anthony Lewis was tragically cut short. On Wednesday, August 30, 2017, at approximately 9:41 pm, Mr. Lewis, a 42-year-old male, was fatally shot in the rear of the 1400 block of Harvard Street, Northwest.
