Death by Force

On June 21, 2020, at approximately 2:20 am, Timothy Hinton, aged 28, was fatally shot in the 1400 block of Kenilworth Avenue, NE, Washington, DC. Alongside him, 23-year-old Larkia Izlar was also found suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene. The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) immediately launched an investigation and sought the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding these homicides.
