Death by Force

On October 8, 2017, at approximately 2:35 a.m., 30-year-old Norman James was fatally shot in the 5100 block of H Street, SE, Washington, D.C. The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) responded to the scene and initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
