In the early hours of a Saturday morning in Washington, D.C., the life of Adrian Terrance Gay, a 39-year-old Black man, was tragically cut short. On April 7, 2018, at approximately 1:04 AM, violence erupted in the 800 block of 21st Street, NE, leaving Mr. Gay with fatal gunshot wounds.
