In the early morning hours of September 1, 2018, the life of 28-year-old Carl Day-Baker was tragically cut short in the Fairlawn neighborhood of Southeast Washington, D.C. A product of Washington, D.C., raised in Anacostia, he was a devoted father to his four children.
