In the early hours of a Sunday morning in the nation's capital, the life of Juan Dwayne Jackson, a 45-year-old male, was tragically cut short. On September 23, 2018, at approximately 12:16 a.m., the sound of gunfire echoed through the 3100 block of Buena Vista Terrace, Southeast in Washington, D.C.
