On a cold winter afternoon in Washington, D.C., the life of 53-year-old Curtis Wills-Bey was tragically cut short. On Saturday, December 29, 2018, at approximately 2:21 p.m., the sounds of gunfire pierced the air in the 3000 block of Stanton Road, Southeast.
