On a cold winter afternoon in Washington, D.C., the life of 53-year-old Curtis Wills-Bey was tragically cut short. On Saturday, December 29, 2018, at approximately 2:21 p.m., the sounds of gunfire pierced the air in the 3000 block of Stanton Road, Southeast. When officers from the Metropolitan Police Department arrived at the scene, they found Wills-Bey suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was a male resident of Southeast Washington.
