Death by Force

On May 9, 2019, at approximately 5:16 PM, Mark Steven Milline Jr., aged 28, was tragically shot and killed in the 800 block of Xenia Street, SE, Washington, DC. The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) responded to the scene and initiated an investigation into the homicide.
