Death by Force

A 42-year-old man named Bobby Plummer died after a shooting in Washington, D.C. The incident occurred on the evening of Monday, October 5, 2020, at approximately 8:30 p.m. in the 400 block of Orange Street, SE. When officers arrived at the scene, they found four individuals who had been shot. Plummer was transported to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
