Death by Force

On October 5, 2020, at approximately 8:30 PM, Bobby Plummer, aged 42, was shot and killed in the 400 block of Orange Street, SE, Washington, DC. Plummer, who had no fixed address, was found by the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) at the scene. The MPD immediately began seeking the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
