Death by Force

On a Monday afternoon, the 2nd of November in 2020, a person out walking their dog in a wooded area in Northeast Washington, D.C. made a grim discovery. In the 4000 block of Ames Street, police were called to the scene at approximately 2:22 p.m. for a report of an unconscious person. First responders from the Sixth District and D.C. Fire and Emergency Medical Services arrived to find a man who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and showed no signs of life.
