In the spring of 2021, a domestic dispute in Washington, D.C. escalated into a tragic act of violence that claimed the lives of a mother and daughter. Wanda Demethria Wright, a 48-year-old Black/African American female, was with her 32-year-old daughter, Ebony Wright, on the evening of April 12th in an apartment in the 2300 block of Good Hope Court, SE.
