In the early morning hours of August 23, 2024, the life of 23-year-old Louloni Jordan was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire on a busy street in Northwest Washington, D.C. A vibrant young woman with plans for her future, including getting her own home, Jordan was out with a friend to celebrate his birthday. It was supposed to be a night of fun, but it ended in a devastating loss that has left her family searching for answers.
