Shirley Ann Voita, aged 79, tragically lost her life on May 15, 2023, in a mass shooting in Farmington, New Mexico. She was one of three victims killed during the attack, which also claimed the lives of Gwendolyn Schofield, 97, and her daughter Melody Ivie, 73.
