A 17 year old is found dead while on her way home
Diane Williams was only 17 years old. She had her entire life ahead of her. Diane had just started her junior  year at Ballou High School located in Washington D.C. Diane was born on February 2, 1955. She was the oldest of six children. Those who knew Diane remember her incredible taste in fashion. She had aspirations to become a model.
