On a summer evening in Washington, D.C., tragedy struck when 42-year-old Everette Faison was killed. On Friday, June 18, 2021, at approximately 9:13 p.m., police responded to a report of a shooting in the unit block of Galveston Place, Southwest. Upon arrival, officers discovered Faison suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
