Death by Force

On September 3, 2021, at approximately 12:07 a.m., officers from the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) responded to the 900 block of Rittenhouse Street, Northwest, Washington, DC, following reports of gunshots. Upon arrival, they discovered two adult male victims suffering from gunshot wounds. One of the victims, identified as 65-year-old Eyon Falby, was pronounced dead at the scene.
