In the Park View neighborhood of Washington, D.C., on the night of March 8, 2022, the life of 56-year-old James Jackson Jr. was tragically cut short. Officers from the Metropolitan Police Department's Fourth District were dispatched to the 3400 block of Sherman Avenue, Northwest, around 9:50 p.m. following a report of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered a grim scene.
