In the early evening of a spring day in Washington, D.C., a young man's life was cut short by gunfire. On Monday, May 20, 2024, at approximately 9:12 p.m., 21-year-old Rashaud Johnson, a resident of Northwest D.C., was shot in the 7300 block of Blair Road, Northwest.
