Death by Force

On November 6, 2018, at approximately 2:05 PM, Gibril Turner, aged 22, was tragically shot and killed in the 3900 block of Southern Avenue, SE, Washington, DC. The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) responded to the scene and initiated an investigation into the homicide. Turner was found with gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
