Sebastian Carlton Mooney, a two-year-old from Pensacola, Florida, tragically passed away on May 7, 2021. The incident occurred at the Pines at Warrington apartment complex, where Sebastian was fatally shot. The shooting took place inside his home, and the bullet, which went through a pillow, struck him in the back, arm, and chin.
