Victor Manuel Chavez, a 34-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed on December 15, 2017, in Pensacola, Florida. The incident occurred during a drug deal that went awry on West Jackson Street. Chavez was found lying on the ground in bloody clothes, surrounded by guns, cellphones, and two large vacuum-sealed bags of marijuana.
