Rashud Jamal Dexter, a 29-year-old Black man, was found dead on October 16, 2019, in Pensacola, Florida. His body was discovered at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Stara Circle around 1:30 a.m. with multiple gunshot wounds. The Escambia County Sheriff's Office responded to reports of gunfire in the area and found Dexter deceased at the scene.
