In the early morning hours of Saturday, September 24, 2022, the life of 32-year-old David Antoine Scott was tragically cut short in Washington, D.C. At approximately 12:59 a.m., in the 2300 block of 15th Street, Northeast, Mr. Scott was fatally shot.

The Metropolitan Police Department is actively investigating the shooting as a homicide. As of now, the case remains unsolved, with no publicly identified suspects or arrests made in connection with the incident.
