The victim was identified as 23-year-old Jamal Gibson, a male resident of Southeast, D.C.
Emergency medical services were dispatched to the location and transported him to a nearby hospital. Despite all life-saving efforts, Jamal Gibson succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
