Ann Conklin, an 82-year-old woman, was tragically murdered on March 18, 2018. Ann Conklin was a resident of the Preston Place Retirement Community in Plano, Texas. Her death was part of a series of murders committed by Billy Chemirmir, a suspected serial killer who targeted elderly women in senior living communities. Chemirmir posed as a maintenance worker to gain access to the victims' apartments, where he would then smother them with a pillow and steal their jewelry.
