In the late hours of a Friday evening in Washington, D.C., the life of Sirrocco Delonte Johnson, a 31-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short. On April 13, 2012, at approximately 11:45 p.m., police responded to reports of a shooting in the 1200 block of Trenton Place in the Southeast quadrant of the city.
