On October 28, 2022, at approximately 2:53 a.m., officers from the 7th District responded to a report of a shooting in the 900 block of Bellevue Street, Southeast, Washington, D.C. Upon arrival, they discovered Maurice Frazier, a 38-year-old resident of Southeast D.C., lying unconscious and unresponsive in the hallway of an apartment building.
