Roosevelt Collins, aged 47, was shot and killed on June 9, 2016, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The incident took place at approximately 10:24 p.m. on the 3900 block of 9th Street. When police officers arrived at the scene, they found Collins lying in front of a residence, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his torso.
