In the autumn of 2021, a grim discovery was made in the 2000 block of Savannah Place, Southeast Washington, D.C. On the afternoon of October 14th, at approximately 4:18 p.m., police responded to a report of an unconscious person. Upon arrival, they found 18-year-old Noel Prince Nicol, a resident of Silver Spring, Maryland, inside a vehicle, unresponsive and suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Emergency medical services were called to the scene, but tragically, Nicol showed no signs of life ...
