Joe Rimmer, 22, male, was found fatally shot at an apartment complex in the 5800 block of West Lake Mead Boulevard, near North Jones Boulevard, in Las Vegas on the afternoon of Saturday, November 15, 2014. Officers responded around 4:30 p.m., and the Clark County coroner later identified him publicly as Joseph Rimmer of Las Vegas.
