In the summer of 2015, a sense of unease settled over a quiet neighborhood in the east valley of Las Vegas. On the morning of August 19th, a maintenance worker arrived at a home on Crater Circle for a routine visit, only to discover a scene that would shatter the tranquility of the community. Inside, he found the resident, 72-year-old Eugene Henry Elliott Jr., a Caucasian male, deceased.
