Jerry Lee Stamper, a 24-year-old Caucasian male, tragically lost his life in Las Vegas, Nevada, in the early morning hours of June 30, 2001. Shortly after midnight, he made a small purchase at a 7-11 on East Tropicana Avenue. He was on foot and began walking the short distance to his apartment complex located on Tarpon Drive.
