On a Tuesday evening in Las Vegas, what began as a dispute tragically escalated, ending the life of 35-year-old Hispanic male Rene Espinoza Flores. The incident occurred on February 20, 2018, outside a residence on the 1000 block of Vernon Avenue, located near the intersection of Rancho Drive and Washington Avenue. Following the heated argument, Flores, who was a resident of Dinuba, California, was shot.
