On a summer morning in Las Vegas, the grim discovery of two men inside a parked SUV marked the tragic end to the life of 27-year-old Rabon Terrence Jones. It was around 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 24, 2015, when Las Vegas police were called to an apartment complex on North Sandhill Road to investigate a suspicious gray Dodge Durango that had been parked there since the previous night.
