In the spring of 2015, the life of Carlos Humberto Vasquez, a 45-year-old Hispanic man, came to a tragic and violent end in Las Vegas. On the evening of Wednesday, March 25, 2015, his body was discovered in a desolate, vacant lot situated in the 3000 block of North Las Vegas Boulevard, near the College of Southern Nevada campus.
