Do you know who murdered Duane Ewers? Duane Ewers, a 69-year-old retired anesthesiologist from Southern California, was a man who found solace and adventure in the great outdoors. An avid hiker, he traveled to Mount Charleston, a popular destination for nature enthusiasts just outside of Las Vegas, in July of 1996. On July 21st, he embarked on a hike to the summit of the mountain, accompanied by an unknown male. As day turned to night, Ewers and his companion were seen continuing their trek along the trail after dark.
