On December 16, 2015, a tragic incident occurred at a doctor's office located in the 2800 block of West Charleston Boulevard in Las Vegas, Nevada. Veronica N. Clay, a 45-year-old woman, was fatally shot during an attempted robbery at the office. The Clark County coroner's office later ruled her death a homicide.
