In the pre-dawn hours of August 14, 2016, a gathering of people in the parking lot of the Silver Nugget casino in North Las Vegas, Nevada, turned deadly. Amidst the crowd, an argument broke out, shattering the early morning quiet with the sound of gunfire. When the chaos subsided, two men lay dead, their lives abruptly ended. One of the victims was Delven Rasberry, a 41-year-old Black male from Las Vegas.
