Frank Looney, a 16-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on October 19, 2019, in Chicago, Illinois. Frank was attending a party in the Homan Square neighborhood when two gunmen opened fire at the bottom of a staircase. He was shot in the head and chest and was rushed to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. Another 16-year-old boy was shot in the leg, and a 17-year-old girl was also wounded in the incident.
