On October 24, 2020, a fatal shooting occurred in Las Vegas, Nevada, which resulted in the death of 31-year-old Marcus Jeremiah Dumpson. The incident took place on Marlin Avenue, near the intersection of Mojave Road and Stewart Avenue. According to Lieutenant Ray Spencer of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, multiple calls were received around 6:30 p.m. regarding a shooting in the area.
