Yahaira Liz Fernandez Perez, a 29-year-old woman of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically passed away on April 19, 2022, in Cleveland, OH. She was a loving mother to four children and a devoted daughter. Her death was the result of a violent incident involving her ex-boyfriend, Gerard Jean Rodriguez Morales, who was also the father of her child. According to police reports, Rodriguez Morales shot Yahaira Perez in the head and leg before taking his own life.
