In the heart of Las Vegas, on a Saturday afternoon, the life of Elliod Engeda, a 27-year-old Black / African American male, was tragically cut short. On February 8, 2020, just after noon, gunfire erupted in the parking lot of Your Stop Liquors on East Twain Avenue.
