In the early summer of 2020, the life of Edward Landscott Barr, a 29-year-old Black / African American male, was tragically cut short in Las Vegas, Nevada. On the morning of June 3rd, a maintenance worker at the Harbor Island Apartments, located at 370 E. Harmon Ave., made a grim discovery. In front of a downstairs apartment, the worker found Barr's body.

The Clark County coroner's office would later confirm that Barr had died from gunshot wounds, and his death was officially ruled a homi ...
