In the crisp late evening of November 26, 2022, in Las Vegas, Nevada, the life of 20-year-old Juan Flores, a Hispanic male, was tragically cut short. Just before 9 p.m., Flores was a passenger in a vehicle with two other individuals on Ballantine Drive.
