In the early moments of New Year's Eve 2022, the life of Lynell Lamont Vallien, a 38-year-old Black / African American male, was tragically cut short in Las Vegas, Nevada. At approximately 12:25 a.m. on December 31st, police responded to reports of a single-vehicle crash near West Bonanza Road and Clarkway Drive.
