On March 20, 2020, an 18-year-old man named Rayvion Brown was fatally shot in a northeast Las Vegas apartment complex. The incident occurred when Brown was sitting in his Ford Mustang near the intersection of Thunderbolt Avenue and Vorsand Drive. At the time, he was engaged in a conversation with an unidentified male. During this interaction, the other man suddenly pulled out a handgun and shot Brown at least once.
