On the final night of 2017, what began as a festive New Year's Eve for 26-year-old Richie Gaudio turned into a tragedy that would eventually be linked to a violent, cross-country crime spree. Gaudio, a male resident of Las Vegas, was in his driveway on the 4800 block of Chantilly Avenue, setting off fireworks to ring in the new year.
