In a tragic incident on March 7, 2023, nine-year-old Sirari Iyair Clark, a Black/African American male, was fatally wounded inside his Las Vegas, Nevada, apartment. At the time of the shooting, Sirari was sitting on the couch with his six-year-old brother, Honor Tate, watching cartoons. A single bullet penetrated the wall of their apartment and struck Sirari in the head. The same bullet fragmented, also injuring his younger brother in the leg.
