In the early morning hours of September 7, 2012, the life of 29-year-old Hispanic male Alejandro Sanchez-Escoto came to a tragic end in Las Vegas, Nevada. His death followed a series of events that began with reports of a man walking in the travel lanes of the 215 Beltway. Responding to the calls, a Nevada Highway Patrol trooper arrived to find Sanchez-Escoto acting erratically.
